Amy Latimer is an Administrative Assistant with Scalise Real Estate, having proudly served the company since 2012. Starting as a member of the Property Management Division, Amy was able to learn and strive within Property Management, building valuable relationships with both tenants and landlords alike. Amy brought her own special talents to Scalise Real Estate Property Management, allowing her to turn multiple renters into long term tenants.
Having served as a Licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate Agent since 2003 after graduating from St. Vincent College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, Amy brings a diversified background that has helped her understand all angles of real estate. Amy was able to serve as a primary coordinator for service, sales, and marketing all while representing both buyers and sellers.
In 2023, Amy was promoted to Administrative Assistant within Scalise Real Estate. By using data driven processes and leadership learned from years of real estate transactions, Amy has essentially automated traditional back end processes with the organization, allowing for growth and development within the Scalise Company. Amy works exclusively with the broker and president of the company, performing daily tasks and overall quality support and improvement. While working on current and upcoming developments with the President of the company, Amy is also tasked with reviewing all transactions, ensuring proper quality assurance with both electronic and paper filing systems.
While Amy is primarily tasked with collaborating business daily, she still works with buyers and sellers alike, specializing in the New Alexandria Area where she has resided since 1979. Amy is able to bring a personal touch to her transactions in this area, as her and her family have been personally involved for generations.
In her spare time, Amy enjoys Spending time with her family and "Shady Shepherds" (dogs). During the summer, Her and her Boyfriend Joe, and their children can be found enjoying the outdoors at their property in Derry Township.
