creative and detailed-oriented full-time Marketing Coordinator. The Marketing
Coordinator serves as the first point of digital contact and provides
administrative and marketing support to sales associates/brokers by overseeing
all marketing initiatives including print advertising, email, CRM, social and

Design print advertising in newspapers,
magazines, brochures, etc.
Plan, create, and implement Email, Social Media,
and Digital Marketing Campaigns
Create flyers, brochures, post cards, etc.
Manage website content
Sales lead management
Administrative duties as needed
Knowledge and Experience:
The ideal team member for this position will have a positive
attitude, strong customer service skills, strong work ethic, attention to
detail and willingness to learn while supporting an active real estate firm.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant
Experience in the real estate industry preferred
Strong knowledge of social media platforms
Excellent communication skills including:
writing, editing and proof-reading.
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Website management skills
